If I was looking for a mission statement for a Professional Networked Learning Collaborative, this statement from John Seely Brown comes very close.

"...a passionate pursuit of extreme performance with a deep questing disposition."

I might modify to..

A passionate pursuit of extreme performance with a deep questioning and learning attitude.

Sounds like Education Innovation to me.
