When I grow up...

I showed my students the "Shift Happens" video the other day. It generated an interesting conversation. I wonder if, in this era of focus on test scores, AYP, API, AMO's, etc. are we missing the bigger picture. The world is changing so fast. Our students are going to have to learn the social skills to collaborate, communicate, and innovate with people from across the globe using technology that probably doesn't even exist yet. Where is this piece in our educational system?  What do we do about it?
