Color Within The Lines

 

Do we force students to "color within the lines?"  Are we using the "Ford Model" of education? Tom Peters claims we have entered the age of Creation Intensification, in which creativity will be a necessary skill, and we must educate for a creative society.  Tom Peters asks some tough questions and makes some interesting points in this presentation.
